Customer Service is the cornerstone of any successful company. So…we must redefine our ideas of a customer. Customer service is something that happens between people. It is either great or terrible, anything in the middle is easily forgotten.

Training From the Top Down

MNJ’s Custom CS Program begins with a whole culture assessment of the organization. Target areas are identified once the evaluation is completed, and training begins with the organization’s leadership. Often service strategies of staff mirror that of the leaders they watch on a daily basis. By equipping the majority of the employees, or even volunteers, of an organization with the same tools to effectively work with people in what is often called a “customer service” role, the core temperature of the organization is drastically improved, adding value to the bottom line.
